Presentation
All presenters must be registered in advance in order
their abstract to be included in the Abstract Book.
Please note that all presenters must be registered by August 31st, 2011.
The accepted abstracts will be included in the Abstract Book, which will be distributed to all registered participants at the Congress, and they will be published as submitted by the authors.
Instructions for Oral Presentation
Scientific Program:
Please refer to the list of oral presentations in the final version of the Scientific Program of BANTAO 2011 Congress on the early of September in order to be informed about the session, date and time of your presentation.
Presentation - Slides:
Your presenting time should not exceed 8 minutes including Q&A. It is advisable to avoid long introductions and prepare not more than 10 slides with basic information on methods, positive results and conclusions. The more focused your presentation is the more time you will save for constructive discussion.
Technical support personnel:
You are kindly requested to provide your presentation (PowerPoint format in a USA-flash/disk, CD-ROM) to the technical support personnel at least one (1) hour before the beginning of the Session.
Instructions for Poster with a Rapid-fire Oral Presentation
Scientific Program:
Please refer to the list of Rapid fire presentations in the final version of the Scientific Program of BANTAO 2011 Congress on the early of September in order to be informed about the session, date and time of your presentation and your poster display date and time of installation and removal.
Poster Dimensions:
Please adhere to poster dimensions which should be 100cm height x 80cm width.
Poster Display:
Posters boards will be numbered for identification purposes. Presenting authors must ensure that they will mount their poster on the respective designated board with the corresponding number. The list with the posters and their numbers will be available on a message board near the poster area. Furthermore authors can find and confirm their numbering inside the pages of this book. Any posters not dismounted on time will not be kept and will be disposed of. Participants will have enough time to walk around the poster area and after this will follow the rapid fire presentations.
