Accommodation For Companies

We are sorry to inform you that there is no more availability of rooms in Sani Beach hotel!

The Organizing-Administrative Bureau has pre-booked an adequate number of rooms in Sani Beach Hotel (congress venue) at special rates for the participants during the Congress.

Conferre Ltd has been appointed as the official hotel accommodation agent for the 10th
BANTAO Congress and will handle all related arrangements.

Companies, who wish to invite participants to the 10th BANTAO Congress, should apply directly to the Organizing-Administrative Bureau and send their requests by email (info@bantao2011.org).

The same procedures should be followed for both single and group accommodation booking(s).
Submission of the accommodation form is not encouraged for companies.
Please note that only written requests and probable amendments are acceptable.

* Invitations will be distributed to registered participants, who have booked the above packages for their accommodation during the Congress, upon arrival at the hotel.
Participants will be kindly requested to present their Invitations for admittance at the above events.

Requests will be served on a first-come, first-served, space-available basis.
We strongly advise all companies to request for accommodation as soon as possible.
The Organizing-Administrative Bureau will not be able to guarantee rooms after 15/06/2011.
