The official language of the 10th BANTAO Congress will be English.

The "1Oth BANTAO Congress of the Balkan Cities Association of Nephrology, Dialysis, Transplantation and Artificial Organs " is designated for a maximum of 18 hours of European external CME credits.
Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.

All participants can either register online through the website by using the Online Registration Form or alternatively, they can download the Registration Form, complete it and send it to the Organizing-Administrative Bureau/Secretariat, Conferre Ltd, by email or fax.

Everyone interested in participating in 10th BANTAO Congress with an oral presentation or/and poster presentation is invited to submit an abstract of his work through the online form.

Companies, who wish to invite participants to the 10th BANTAO Congress, should apply directly to the Organizing-Administrative Bureau and send their requests by email (maria@conferre.gr), in order to be informed about payment methods, policies and receive confirmation for their registrations/accommodation bookings.

A major exhibition will accompany the Congress, where pharmaceutical and/or equipment/device industries will display relevant products, services and therapeutic developments and which will form an integral component of the Congress.

The Organizers of the 10th BANTAO Congress invite therefore companies to join this highly scientific event and offer them a variety of sponsorship opportunities in order to reach and interact with the medical community, promote their activities, research and technologies.

All registered participants are entitled to receive a Certificate of Attendance. The Certificate will be issued only upon display of participant badge (nursing staff and students should also display their Identification Card for Nursing Staff/Students) and on return of an Evaluation Form at the Secretariat desk onsite.

Please note that participants upon confirmation of their registration will be provided with a barcode name badge, which must be used in order to record CME credits for attendance. Barcode badges must be scanned before entering and exiting the congress halls. Credits cannot be allocated after the congress.
Certificates with CME Credits will be sent after the congress.

Official letters of invitation intended to help potential participants to overcome administrative difficulties in their countries (to raise funds or to obtain a visa) will be sent upon request. It must be understood that such letters do not imply any commitments from the Congress to provide financial assistance. However, please note that the letter of invitation can only be sent to registered participants. If you require such a letter, please apply to the Secretariat (after your successful registration please send an e-mail to info@conferre.gr in order to receive your invitation letter on time).

The entry formalities for Greece vary according to the country of origin. All visitors entering Greece must possess a valid passport. For citizens from European Union Member Countries, a valid identity card is sufficient. Please check the current VISA requirements with your travel agent or the local Greek Consulate/Embassy before your departure for Greece.

The Organizers as well as the Organizing-Administrative Bureau of the congress will assume no liability for injuries or losses of any nature incurred by participants and/or accompanying persons, or for the damage/ loss /theft of their personal property during the congress. Participants are advised to take out their own health, travel and personal insurances.
