BY TRAIN: In Chalkidiki, there is no train network. Travellers coming by train either from other parts of Greece or from abroad arrive at the Train Station of Thessaloniki. From there, they have to travel by bus, taxi or car in order to get to Sani Beach Hotel, Chalkidiki.

The Organizing-Administrative Bureau can arrange transfer for all interesting participants from Macedonia Airport, Thessaloniki to Sani Beach Hotel, Chalkidiki and vice versa by:

A. BUS

1. Bus Transfer offered by Congress Organizers
The Congress Organizers wish to offer some specific transfers for the needs of the Congress free of charge. The transfers will be arranged according to the scientific programme. The time slots for the free transfers are as follows:

Notes:

• Kindly note that the above time slots may be subjected to any modification adjusted to the Scientific Programme. The final time slots will be determined on early of September.
• Interested participants, who wish to use the transfer service, are requested to register by sending e-mail (info@bantao2011.org) to the Organizing-Administrative Bureau until September 10th 2011. Requests must strictly refer to:  name /surname  cell phone number  date of arrival and departure  flight schedule

2. Bus Transfer for Groups
Companies, who would like to organize group transfer (different from the above time slots), are pleased to contact the Organizing-Administrative Bureau (info@bantao2011.org)

Cost per person per transfer: 20.00 €
(minimum number of persons per transfer: 15 pax)

Notes:

• Companies are pleased to send their request by e-mail (info@bantao2011.org) to the Organizing-Administrative Bureau as soon as possible and the latest by September 10^th 2011.
• A minimum number of 15 persons are required in order the transfer to be realized. The Organizing-Administrative Bureau reserves the right to cancel the transfer(s) and refund the companies if the minimum number (15) is not reached.
• All transfers require full pre-payment until 15/09/2011 after receiving the confirmation by the Organizing-Administrative Bureau.If not paid until 15/09/2011, the transfer will not be processed.
