Registration

Registration for the 10th BANTAO Congress does not presuppose Registration for the
82nd Scientific Meeting of the Hellenic Society of Nephrology, which is jointly organized with
BANTAO Congress (October 12 & 13, 2011).

Registration for the 10th BANTAO Congress does not presuppose Registration for the CME Course “Vasculitides”.

Pre-Registration until 0ctober 7th, 2011:

All participants can register for the Congress and benefit from the pre-registration reduced fee by:

completing and submitting the online Registration Form
completing and sending the Registration Form (pdf file at the bottom of this page) through email to the Organizing-Administrative Bureau/Secretariat, Conferre Ltd by email (admin@bantao2011.org) or fax (+30 26510 68611)

Pre-registrations will be accepted, provided that the Registration Form and the corresponding proof of full payment will have been sent to the Organizing-Administrative Bureau no later than October 7th, 2011.

On-site Registration from October 8th, 2011:

From October 8th, 2011 & onwards registrations can only be made on-site at the Secretariat desk during the Congress.

It is strongly recommended though for all participants to register in advance for the Congress, in order for the Organizers to assure full material provision.

Please note that no Registration Form will be accepted unless accompanied by proof of full payment (copy of bank remittance) sent by email or fax (as above) to the Organizing-Administrative Bureau/Secretariat (in case of payment by credit card no proof is needed)

If the fee is not paid, the Registration Form will not be considered and the registration will not be valid.

1. Registration Fee for Doctors and Trainees includes:

Admission to all scientific sessions
Admission to the poster exhibition
Certificate of Attendance
Congress material (delegate bag, final programme, Abstract Book etc)
Coffee breaks and lunches

2. Registration Fee for Nursing Staff and Students includes:

Admission to all scientific sessions
Admission to the poster exhibition
Certificate of Attendance
Coffee breaks and lunches

Nursing staff and students will be requested to display their Identification Card/a relative document, to the Secretariat Desk during the Congress.

Registration for ERA-EDTA CME COURSE “Vasculitides”

Only Doctors and Trainees are entitled to attend the Course.
Registration for the Course is Free of charge.

However, interested participants are kindly requested to Pre-Register for the Course, when registering for participating in the Congress by completing the appropriate field in the Registration Form (online form or in pdf format).

Registration for the Congress does not presuppose registration for the CME Course, if not indicated in the Registration Form.
Pre-registration for the “Meet the Experts” Session is also required (by completing the appropriate field in the Registration Form)

Online Registration-Confirmation

Online Registration Form submission is encouraged.
The preferred payment method for the Congress is online payment by credit card.
For security reasons, payment by credit card is being made online through DeltaPAY system (the secure transaction service by Alpha Bank).

After online registration you will receive (by e-mail) a “Registration Submission Number” indicating that your registration form has successfully been submitted. This number must be referred to in all correspondence. Please print or save this receipt on your computer, as it will serve as a confirmation of successful registration submission.

If you do not receive this automatic email immediately after your submission, your registration form has not been submitted properly (registered in the database). In this case you are kindly requested to repeat the procedure or contact the Organizing Bureau/Secretariat (admin@bantao2011.org) for further information and assistance.

-Your registration will not be confirmed unless accompanied by proof of full payment.
-Registration Submission Number applies only for online submissions

Conferre Ltd is the professional Organizing-Administrative Bureau/Secretariat for the 10th BANTAO Congress and acts on behalf of the Congress Organizers.

Α copy of the bank remittance should be sent by e-mail (admin@bantao2011.org) or fax (+30 26510 68611) no later than 5 days after our receiving of the Registration Form.
After this period your registration will not be processed

Cancellation Policy

For written cancellations of registration sent to the Organizing-Administrative Bureau

Before & on 31/08/2011: there will be full refund
From 01/09/2011 until 15/09/2011: 50% of the amount will be refunded
From 16/09/2011 & onwards: there will be no refund

All cancellations and/or amendments have to be made in writing to Conferre Ltd.
No telephone cancellations and/or amendments will be accepted.
Refunds will be settled within 30 days from the end date of the Congress.

Receipts-Invoices

In case you wish us to issue an invoice for this service, please check it the invoice box and complete the appropriate fields of the Registration Form with all the necessary details.

In case of participants do not specify their request for invoice or receipt Secretariat will issue automatically a receipt.

Receipts and Invoices for Registration expenses will be provided to participants during the Congress onsite by the Secretariat, upon request or after the Congress. No receipts or invoices will be sent in advance.

BANTAO Past Congresses
