All participants can register for the Congress and benefit from the pre-registration reduced fee by:
Pre-registrations will be accepted, provided that the Registration Form and the corresponding proof of full payment will have been sent to the Organizing-Administrative Bureau no later than October 7th, 2011.
On-site Registration from October 8th, 2011:
From October 8th, 2011 & onwards registrations can only be made on-site at the Secretariat desk during the Congress.
It is strongly recommended though for all participants to register in advance for the Congress, in order for the Organizers to assure full material provision.

1. Registration Fee for Doctors and Trainees includes:
Nursing staff and students will be requested to display their Identification Card/a relative document, to the Secretariat Desk during the Congress.
Registration for ERA-EDTA CME COURSE “Vasculitides”
Only Doctors and Trainees are entitled to attend the Course.
Registration for the Course is Free of charge.
However, interested participants are kindly requested to Pre-Register for the Course, when registering for participating in the Congress by completing the appropriate field in the Registration Form (online form or in pdf format).
Registration for the Congress does not presuppose registration for the CME Course, if not indicated in the Registration Form.
Pre-registration for the “Meet the Experts” Session is also required (by completing the appropriate field in the Registration Form)
Online Registration-Confirmation
Online Registration Form submission is encouraged.
The preferred payment method for the Congress is online payment by credit card.
For security reasons, payment by credit card is being made online through DeltaPAY system (the secure transaction service by Alpha Bank).

All payments for the congress must be made in EUROS to Conferre Ltd.
Conferre Ltd is the professional Organizing-Administrative Bureau/Secretariat for the 10th BANTAO Congress and acts on behalf of the Congress Organizers.

Receipts-Invoices
In case you wish us to issue an invoice for this service, please check it the invoice box and complete the appropriate fields of the Registration Form with all the necessary details.
In case of participants do not specify their request for invoice or receipt Secretariat will issue automatically a receipt.
Receipts and Invoices for Registration expenses will be provided to participants during the Congress onsite by the Secretariat, upon request or after the Congress. No receipts or invoices will be sent in advance.
